Most of us, at some point on the golf course, get tired of feeling bad. We’ve hit enough bad shots or run up the score high enough that we finally (often unconsciously) chill, relax, accept, and let go. In the moment our energy shifts into an attitude of surrender – something we could do long before we allow the negativity to take hold – we start to play well again. We no longer fight with ourselves and push the good stuff away, staying clear of the emotions where our hissy fits could do nothing other than beat us up and wear us down.
