Most golfers are looking for different skills to “do” as they improve through practice and play.  We are, after all, taught that effort and action are where the real work takes place.  What we’re saying that is profoundly different is that we create a mind state of “being” first.  It’s not that we don’t take action, but we don’t jump into the action until we are first in a good state of mind. Our “how-we-be” (emotions) become the foundational building block of any action we take, and our doings efficiently and effortlessly orchestrate an inspired level of performance that is beyond compare.
