The 2013 Men's 

Opening Day Tournament 

58 Members took to the course at 9:00 AM Saturday Morning......and 58 Players were called off the course when a SNOW SQUALL hit Silver Lake Country Club at 9:30 AM!  After about 10 minutes of snow, the greens were completely covered and play was suspended.  Thankfully the ground temperature was warm enough so that when the snow stopped it was completely gone within 20 mintues.  Play resumed (with little to no grumbling) and fun was had by all.  Thank you very much to those members who supported the club by their participation in this event!
