NEXT EVENT: Wednesday, June 25th!

"Just for your next round, become more mindful of observing whether your thoughts and emotions allow you to feel good or whether you feel tense and uptight. As you notice old, unhappy thoughts, choose to "let go of the oars" and allow yourself to feel peaceful and calm. "Go with the Flow" if you will."

"If the intention behind the words is to uplift ourselves or others, go ahead and say it and mean it and milk the feeling for all that you can.  But if the intention is to berate, bully, control, or prove a point in order to feel justified or right, it’s better to be silent, say nothing, and allow the negative impulse (energy) to pass.  Not much good ever comes from action or words spoken from a low vibrating mood.  We simply energize and attract into our experience more of the circumstances we are feeling righteous and dissatisfied about, at which time we reinforce the cycle of whine and complain." - Spirit of Golf

"We fool ourselves if we think that the outcome is the real reason we play golf. To think that we want anything other than to feel happier is a total misunderstanding of the human spirit and our deepest wishes, needs, wants, and desires." - Spirit of Golf

Each bunker will need to be repaired by hand.  The Grounds Crew will remove dirt and mud first, then shovel sand from the low end of the bunker back into place.

The Cart Path on #9/10 still has over a foot of water on it as of Thursday AM.

Heavy water caused erosion and damage to drain lines in the "Bear Trap".  Over 40 feet of new pipe is exposed from our drainage project there last spring.

The bridge on #17 will need some attention as bits of asphalt were washed away and there are large tree trunks lodged underneath it.

Dear Members,

Clean up continues and the golf course will be closed all day today (Wednesday) and more then likely tomorrow.    We will reevaluate the conditions around NOON Thursday.

Thank you for your patience during this time.
